Our Team

Charlene Freshwater has been home manager since 2020.  She has worked in a variety of roles in the home and has achieved her NVQ5.  Charlene is  supported by the deputy manager, Claire, the Administrator Sheralyn and several team leaders.

In addition to our care staff, we have a team of housekeepers, kitchen staff and a maintenance technician, all of whom keep the home running smoothly.

The home has Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies in place to ensure we fully support everyone in the community, among both our staff and our residents.
